Who this is for: You are strong enough for all everyday activities, but when you play sports, go hiking, run around with your kids or family you feel limited or sore. Your focus will be building from strengthening exercises to hopping, landing + controlled direction-change movements. This is a 1-Time payment for the whole 12 week program.
