Chloe Casey PT

Chloe Casey PT provides strength and conditioning for women in Furzedown and across London. You can train with Chloe through 1:1 personal training, join Stronger Mumma group classes at Tooting Athletics track, or do strength-focused Zoom sessions three mornings a week. The training is designed to support pre- and postnatal fitness, peri-menopause and beyond, with an emphasis on safe lifting technique, core and pelvic floor understanding, and building long-term strength and confidence.
