This free 4-week program will teach you how to build an exercise routine. Learn the skills behind motivating yourself to start and sustain an exercise habit, what do when the going gets tough, build your confidence and how to overcome barriers.
These 3 hour weekly sessions combine education and exercise and provide a taste test of Mood Active's wide range of casual classes, including circuit, yoga, cardio tennis, barre and boxercise.
This program is designed for anyone who wants to build an exercise routine and improve their mental health through exercise.
