The club was established in 1997 and has since grown in size and strength. Formerly known as Cowra Longtrack Club, it has become a prominent name in the motorcycle racing community. The club's home circuit is located at Woodstock Park Speedway, which is situated in the Village of Woodstock, just 20 kilometres east of Cowra and 75 kilometres west of Bathurst on the Mid-Western Highway in NSW, Australia. The track is easily accessible, with clear signage directing visitors from the highway to the track.
The racetrack consists of different sections for dirt track, long track, and speedway. The surface is watered crushed granite, providing excellent track conditions for riders. The long track measures approximately 800 metres, while the dirt track spans around 850 metres. In addition, there are separate tracks for junior and senior speedway, measuring 110 metres and 310 metres, respectively.
