Our Osteo Clinic is staffed with government-registered Allied Health Practitioners who have years of knowledge and experience in osteopathy. Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy approach that considers all somatic systems of the patient. Our practitioners utilise soft tissue massage, adjustments, and clinical exercise applications to manage and resolve various conditions. Whether you're dealing with acute back problems or looking to improve your overall physical condition, our Osteo Clinic can help you move better and recover quicker.
In addition to our Osteo Clinic, we also have a Training Clinic on-site. We offer female small group training and personal training programmes that are tailored to the unique needs of women. Unlike commercial gym settings, our programmes focus on the nuances of the female client, addressing any overlooked or mismanaged concerns. Our team consists of Corrective Exercise Kinesiologists, Allied Health Practitioners, and Functional Strength Coaches who are dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals.
