Welcome to Sydney Wrestling Academy, a top wrestling school located in Auburn, Sydney. We are dedicated to training the current and next generation of grapplers in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Wrestling.
At Sydney Wrestling Academy, we offer a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced grappler, we have the perfect class for you. We hold multiple classes a week for kids and adults, as well as women's only classes for those who feel more comfortable training with other women. We also offer private lessons for those looking for one-on-one instruction.
In addition to our comprehensive class offerings, we also have a professional strength and conditioning gym and facilities. Whether you are interested in training BJJ (Gi or No-Gi), Wrestling, Self Defence, or Grappling, we have programmes suited to your needs. Our gym is open to men and women of all ages, and we pride ourselves on providing a fun and open learning environment.
Our coaching staff comprises experts in their respective disciplines, bringing over 70 years of combined experience to our academy. They are dedicated to developing intelligent, well-rounded, and skilled grapplers. We also have a dedicated strength coach onsite to help grapplers develop grappling-specific strength.
