Experience the 200-hour Quantum Yoga Teacher Training in Auroville, India from January 19th to February 16th, 2025. This training program is suitable for those who want to start a career as a yoga teacher, improve their current teaching skills, or deepen their understanding and practice as a yogi. The program is Yoga Alliance accredited and covers all aspects of Yoga, including the Quantum Method and how to teach it.
Throughout the training, participants will explore the roots of the yoga tradition, learn about various yoga systems and styles, and gain the ability to assess what practice is appropriate for themselves and their future students. With a focus on vinyasa (breath-synchronised movement), most asana classes will be dynamic, accompanied by pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation practice. The training also includes modules on Anatomy and Physiology, Adjustments, Therapeutic Yoga, Post and Pre-Natal Yoga, Yoga for Children, ancient scriptures, Sanskrit, Ayurveda, Buddhism, Tantra, and more.
