360FH originated from thinking that exercise is good for your health, then from personal experience truly believing, that within the right approach to exercise, we were able to validate and improve our mind, body and soul, therefore, taking a 360-degree approach.
Our passion to help others, has derived from understanding the real importance to keep our mind, body and soul healthy.
Accepting that we do not think, look or behave the same, along with the ups and downs of each day, has enabled us to be able to focus on each person as a true individual.
With this in mind, we would like to instigate, support and guide you to your goal. That goal being……. Making my health a priority was from allowing fitness to become a habit.
