Run by an experienced yoga and mindfulness teacher with therapy qualifications, 4Wellbeing provides 1-to-1 sessions, yoga therapy, sound bath therapy and Bowen technique, as well as organising yoga retreats and wellbeing days. Suitable for all levels seeking to deepen their practice or rebalance their wellbeing.
