We specialise in small group exercise classes, personal training, weight loss programmes & indoor / outdoor bootcamp.
If your gym isn't friendly and welcoming, then you're not going to last long enough to see results, are you? That's why Absolute Fitness Manly avoids all the cliched gym attitudes and caters for all including the not-so-fit and the not-so-young.
It's a place where you'll feel comfortable because it doesn't matter if you are carrying a few extra kilos. We'll help you lose it.... but more importantly we'll make sure you'll have fun and make new friends while doing it.
