Acro dance
Acro dance is a combination of classical dance with acrobatic elements. Acro is particularly challenging for the dancers because it requires them to be trained in both dance and acrobatic skills. Acro Dance is growing in popularity and can now be participated in competitively with choreographed routines that are judged on their difficulty and execution of their combination of dance and acro skills.
