Activ8 is owned and operated by Trent Carruthers, a highly qualified and well known health professional with over 15 years experience in the industry and a back ground in professional sport. Trent is supported by a range of staff members with a wide span of knowledge, education and experiences who share the Activ8 vision of “Improving your quality of life” Activ8 has a well-equipped and modern 24/7 training facility in Caringbah, southern suburb of Sydney. In addition they have the capability to bring structured health and well being programs to any area of Australia. Trent, along with being an Exercise Physiologist, has built and works along side a strong network of allied health professional enabling them to call on a wide range of services including dietitians, physiotherapist and strength and condition. Activ8 has the capability to provide a wide range of professionally design programs for wide demographics with the most recent knowledge and methods.
