As a former secondary school Art and Design teacher, she noticed how Yoga helped her maintain vibrant energy and creativity, countering the stress and fatigue that came with her busy workload. Yoga provided her with inner peace, joy, and calmness, while also replenishing her physical, mental, and emotional energy.
In her classes, Anne focuses on light and gentle postures, deep relaxation, and meditation practises. She believes that these practises are essential for total health, balance, and well-being. By becoming flexible, focused, and relaxed, individuals can experience reduction in stress and an overall feeling of rejuvenation.
Anne trained at The Satyananda Ashram, where she gained extensive knowledge in integral Yoga. She uses this knowledge to guide her students in achieving their goals and improving their lives.
