Ayr Tennis Association was established in 1930 to cater for what was back then the major sport of the district. Ayr Tennis has 10 courts to offer 8 of which are under liights. The courts are unlocked and available for use by the community at anytime. We are centrally situated between Cairns and Mackay, in the Sugar Cane country of the Burdekin Shire, North Queensland.
Adult social fixtures are held on Monday and Thursday nights, ladies social fixtures on Wednesday Mornings, Junior fixtures on Thursday afternoons and Junior coaching is on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, we also cater for many social groups. Ayr Tennis aim is to offer well maintained, friendly environment for players of all ages and ability.
