What yoga classes do you offer?

We run 90-minute yoga classes with a dedicated relaxation period at the end of each session, with options ranging from beginner-friendly to intermediate dynamic vinyasa, strength and balance, and meditation and restorative yoga. Classes suit different levels, with personalised instruction from skilled teachers.

When and where do classes run?

Classes are scheduled through our timetable, and you can book directly for the session times you want. For example, we have Monday classes with bookings available for 5.30pm and 7pm, and the 10.30am class will not run on that long weekend.

How do I book or join?

Use our book classes option to book your class, including discount class passes or casual booking. If you’re interested, we also offer accredited yoga teacher training.

For those interested in meditation and mindfulness, the studio offers an accredited Meditation Teacher Training programme. This programme provides an opportunity to immerse oneself in contemplative studies and mindfulness practises, either for personal development or to support the community as a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.

For those who are interested in a self-paced learning experience, BHYS offers a Yoga Nidra video training course. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a unique form of effortless psychophysical relaxation and a profound meditation technique. This course is delivered in three sequential phases with live mentoring and discussion sessions by Michele on her learning platform.
