Bella Fit offers sessions for mums and bubs, catering to pre-natal and post-natal mums. Our supportive and encouraging environment ensures that all fitness levels are welcome and accommodated for.

Our outdoor group fitness sessions are held at Dee Why, providing a beautiful and scenic location for our workouts. We also have an indoor-outdoor gym located at Bayview, offering a comfortable and versatile space for our sessions. Both locations are conveniently situated in Sydney, providing easy access for our members.

Hayley Rothery, the owner and trainer of Bella Fit, has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. She started Bella Fit in 2014 after the birth of her son Tyler and has since expanded the club to include her daughter Eve. Hayley is passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle that is enjoyable and sustainable. She believes in educating and helping people set and achieve their fitness goals, both physically and mentally.
