About
The Bendigo Bank Central Highlands Football League (CHFL) is a prominent sports club located in Ballarat, Victoria. The CHFL is proudly supported by their naming rights partner, Brandt.
The club is dedicated to promoting and developing Australian football in the Central Highlands region. They provide a platform for local teams and players to compete in a competitive league while fostering a sense of camaraderie and community.
One of the key initiatives of the CHFL is Lachie's Legacy. This programme aims to bring the game of football to rural and remote children by providing skill development opportunities, equipment, registration fee assistance, and access to facilities. The Legacy aims to support children who may not have had the chance to participate in the game otherwise.
To support Lachie's Legacy or apply for assistance, individuals, businesses, or sporting clubs can donate directly to the legacy's bank account. The CHFL coordinates the disbursement of funds to teams and individuals in need.
The CHFL has partnered with Loco Sportswear as the preferred uniform supplier within the league. Loco Sportswear is a licenced AFL Victoria Country supplier, offering on and off-field uniforms, including matchday jumpers, socks, netball skirts, and off-field apparel.
For further information and orders, clubs are recommended to contact Loco Sportswear directly.
The CHFL encourages teams and social groups to improve communication by creating their own smartphone app through the Team App platform. This enhances team coordination and communication.
The CHFL also provides a comprehensive list of club websites for easy access to information about each club within the league. This includes information about upcoming fixtures, match results, team statistics, and club news.
The Bendigo Bank CHFL is committed to fostering a strong and inclusive football community in the Ballarat region. With their dedicated support for Lachie's Legacy, collaboration with uniform suppliers, and promotion of effective team communication, the CHFL continues to thrive as a leading sports club.
