At Bodhi & Ride, we’ve redefined traditional spin classes to create a revolutionary wellness experience that gives you a full body and mind workout.

We offer high-intensity cardio spin workouts interspersed with periods of mindfulness and upper body training, all in our unique RIDE CHAMBER which features high-tech bikes, nightclub lighting and 45 minutes of DJ-sampled music intensity.

Our RIDE classes (described by Vogue as a “cardio party on a bike”) are fun, immersive and designed to challenge you physically and mentally.

Our ethos is to provide a welcoming sanctuary from the outside world for all fitness levels.

Our Port Melbourne Studio opened in 2016, officially bringing the Ride Revolution to Melbourne. Upon entry you will be welcomed into an open and calm space, the edges of which are caressed by strings of golden light. Caramel cylinders line the Ride Chamber Exterior, adding texture and dimension to the space. 

The aesthetic of the space is enhanced by a glass facade that allows for natural light to beam through and create a sense of warmth. The combination of these elements create a space that is commonly referred to by our Riders as ‘cosy’ and ‘homely’. 

The studio is equipped with 28 bikes and is located at 418 Bay Street,  with parking easily located on both Bay and Raglan Street, and a local tram and bus stop.
