Personal training and small group fitness classes (boot camps) and we also offer SUP fitness classes (boot camp style classes performed on a paddle board).
We are an ASI ( Academy of Surfing Instructors) accredited centre to learn to stand up paddle and Karl is a Fitness Australia registered personal trainer.
We are located at Ettalong Beach and Gosford waterfront, on the New South Wales Central Coast, only 1 hours drive north of Sydney and an hour south of Newcastle.
