Caloundra Yoga is a registered business name and a Caloundra based yoga school operating under an ABN. Caloundra Yoga honours the timeless tradition of asanas, (yoga postures) breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques, the gurus who brought yoga to the west and who have given our initial training. Sessions with Caloundra Yoga today include asanas drawn from different yoga traditions. In tandem with breathing, meditation and relaxation our classes are ideal for posture, well-being; basic fitness, stress management and for heightening the intuitive faculties.
Caloundra Yoga offers a blend of Eastern and Western metaphysical meditations. We're raising money to help end cruelty to animals.
