The Central Coast Grammar Netball Club is a thriving sports club located in Central Coast, Australia. With a strong focus on providing a balanced education through sport, the club aims to provide high-quality coaching and competition opportunities for students of all abilities.
From Kindergarten onwards, students have the chance to participate in age-appropriate House Swimming, Athletics, and Cross Country carnivals, showcasing their school spirit and potentially earning selection to compete at higher levels. After school sport begins in Kindergarten, and interclub competition starts in Year 3, allowing students to choose from a wide range of sporting options that cater to their interests and abilities.
For elite athletes, the Central Coast Grammar Netball Club offers a pathway to excel at the state and national level. The club provides training sessions before and after school and competes in local competitions, as well as Independent Sporting Association (ISA) carnivals and Saturday interschool sport fixtures. These competitions provide opportunities for students to compete alongside other independent schools that share similar values and expectations.
The club boasts extensive indoor and outdoor sporting facilities. The indoor sports hall features two full-size basketball/netball courts, a gymnasium, PDHPE classrooms, and an industrial kitchen for events. Outdoor facilities include tennis and basketball/netball courts, as well as a full-size, floodlit, all-weather multipurpose synthetic sports field that hosts ISA hockey and softball games. Additionally, the club has two rugby fields, three football fields, two cricket pitches, and cricket nets for various sports and training needs.
In addition to local competitions and facilities, the Central Coast Grammar Netball Club also offers international sport tours for senior students. These tours provide a unique opportunity for students to challenge themselves, build cross-cultural friendships, and experience sport in different countries while billeting visiting sports teams.
