For families, our nippers programme is a fantastic opportunity for children to develop their confidence, fitness, and water skills. Under the guidance of our dedicated and experienced coaches, children will learn about water safety, surf awareness, and basic life-saving techniques. Our nippers programme is a fun and inclusive environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and discipline.

Chelsea Longbeach SLSC is proud to be part of the Victorian Life Saving movement. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable aquatic experience for all visitors to our beaches. Our dedicated volunteer life savers patrol the beach on weekends and public holidays, ensuring the safety of beach goers. We work closely with Life Saving Victoria to provide water safety education and training to the public.
