Our studio is designed to coach everyday people in small groups and personal training, and not a large class format.
It is a place where you can learn functional Martial Arts, kick your health and fitness into high gear, and have loads of fun while doing so! ... and the best part of it is, you don't have to be the 'proverbial tough guy/girl' to do it!
