Established in 2009 Crossfit Alive has 300 square metres of space containing pull-up bars, climbing ropes, barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, gymnastic rings and many other CrossFit apparatus. The environment is different to most commercial gyms. We have chalk, we make noise, we know everyone by name, we sweat, we strain, we laugh and we train hard.
Our emphasis is to educate on correct techniques, body positioning and how to get the most from each and every workout.
