CrossFit Babes Miami is a community of women who want to better themselves and surround themselves with positive reinforcements. There is no room for Judgement or negativity. We create an environment that welcomes all newcomers and supports anyone who is willing to try. We appreciate that every women’s body is different and that our goals too, differ from one another.

Furthermore, we endeavour to help you reach your personal fitness goals and inspire yourself! Besides, we implement high intensity workouts for short bursts of time which is proven to be one of the most effective ways of weight loss and fitness progression. CrossFit is based on a 5 day programme, to see real results we ask that you attend 3 or more sessions a week. We are located on the Gold Coast in Miami!
