At CrossFit Diamond Valley, we prioritise community. We are a close-knit, supportive group who motivate and encourage each other during workouts. Our members range in age from kids as young as 5 years old to adults in their 70s. It is this diverse group that makes our gym a welcoming and inclusive place to train.
We also offer family fitness programmes, allowing families to train together and bond over a shared commitment to health and wellness. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported in their fitness journey.
Our coaching team consists of qualified and experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. They will guide you through each session, ensuring you maintain correct form and technique to prevent injuries and maximise results.
Before joining our CrossFit classes, we recommend completing our Basics Programme. This programme is designed to teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit in a small group setting. It is conducted over two one-hour sessions and can be done either in a group setting or as one-on-one personal training.
To join CrossFit Diamond Valley, simply complete the Basics Programme and then choose a membership option that fits your needs. Our memberships are flexible and affordable, providing you with access to our CrossFit classes and other programmes.
