Are you the owner of CrossFit Firestarter?

All members new to CrossFit are required to attend a fundamental workshops which includes three session covering the basic movements and correct techniques of crossfit. We also cover individual aims, goals, personalised stretches and injury prevention. There are no fitness requirements needed to start CrossFit which is a big misconception. Commonly people believe you need to be 'super fit' or 'super elite' to do CrossFit.
