With over 12 years of experience in the fitness coaching and personal training industry, Ariel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to CrossFit Byron Bay. She holds certifications in CrossFit Level 1 & 2 Trainers, BA in Exercise and Sport Science with majors in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, pre and postnatal exercise specialisation, Cert 3&4 Fitness, Yoga Teacher 200hr, and AcroVinyasa Teacher. Ariel is passionate about promoting a vegan diet and a balanced lifestyle of CrossFit and yoga, helping individuals become the best version of themselves every day.
