Dance Fit is about having FUN while learning to DANCE and gain FITNESS.

At Dance Fit we SMILE, LAUGH, ENJOY DANCE.

We gain confidence in a non-competitive environment and display our skills and talents at local community events, display days and end of year celebration concerts.

Dance Fit is loads of FUN, with motivating music and a variety of dance styles packed into the one class. Students will improve physical fitness, coordination, and self-confidence. Dance fit is the FUN way of learning to DANCE.
