The Darwin Hockey Association (DHA) is a local not-for-profit sporting organisation that is responsible for the development and governance of the six club senior and junior competitions here in Darwin.
As part of our charter we also undertake to assist in the development and support of additional programmes that incorporate all aspects of the game, such as umpiring, tech bench and sports medicine (training & accreditation).
The DHA represents six clubs in all of which there are some 450 juniors currently participating in the junior competition. The age groups range from U8 through to U17 for both girls & boys.
Hockey is a unique family sport which can be played by people from all walks of life, age, and skill level.
Our competitions run from Friday through to Sunday, with club training taking place through the week Tuesday to Thursday.
