The first class of the Donvale Calisthenics Club was held in 1965 and we have since moved to Lower Templestowe. Donvale is a non-profit organisation run by a committee of volunteer parents. The main aim of our club is to develop self confidence, teamwork, friendships, flexibility, grace and poise during weekly classes full of fun activities. The theme, music and choreography are carefully chosen to individually suit each age group. Donvale is a warm and friendly club with a family atmosphere and particular emphasis on working together.
