To participate in all our training sessions, we encourage you to become a member of our club – the East Coast Cycos. The membership form, along with details of costs and payment methods can be downloaded here.
All the sessions listed below are included in the “all-inclusive programme package” along with a monthly training programme for $220. 00 or can be attended casually on a pay as you go basis.
Tuesday Swim squad Yeronga pool School Rd Yeronga (Brisbane) 5. 30am – 7am $10.
Wednesday group bike 2hrs (Cycos club members only) Chelmer at 5.
Thursday Swim (speed) bike trainer intervals Yeronga Pool 5. 30am – 7am $10.
Friday group bike 2hrs (Cycos club members only) Chelmer at 5.
Saturday – 6am stretching – 6. 30am swim technique $10.
