To establish and maintain a junior football club (soccer) that fosters personal growth for the youth in the community. 

To encourage participation from every family member involved. To provide support for the development of self-esteem through positive reinforcement while offering direction and leadership through personal example. 

To offer our players the opportunity to develop and improve their skills each week in a controlled, supervised environment of safe competition that is fun for everyone. To actively promote the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, self-discipline, and dedication. 

To provide skilled coaches who are dedicated to the juniors in our community and share the FFV philosophy of participation before competition. To maintain a high standard of expectations from all persons involved.
