Are you the owner of Encounter Paddling?
Encounter Paddling Inc is a sporting club based on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. The flat water paddlers currently operate from the Encounter Lakes recreational reserve called Cliff Thorpe Reserve. The reserve is located on Bartel Boulevard at Encounter Bay, South Australia. Kayaks are stored in various locations and are launched from the beach at Cliff Thorpe reserve.
There are toilets at the reserve and adequate parking adjacent to the storage facility.
The Encounter Lakes paddling area, end to end, is 2 kilometres long and hence one full lap is very close to 4 km. This provides outstanding training and coaching opportunities for all paddlers, young, inexperienced, aged and elite paddlers.
