Enliven Movement is a private Physiotherapy/Movement-based studio in the heart of Perth City.
Our focus is on empowering people by sharing years of expertise, experience, and knowledge to people of all abilities through physical education put into practise.
We do this via a group setting to facilitate a wonderful community that support each other when times get tough – We have all been there.
Sessions are completely guided and run for 90 minutes. You will be given time to work on individualised content provided in order to help overcome any injuries, limitations, or issues you may be facing.
All sessions are taught by our qualified Physiotherapist.
Enliven = To bring life to, to energise, to awaken;
Movement = Referring to movement of the physical body.
That is, to re-energise and bring people’s bodies back to life through the appropriate application of movement.
Hence the motto “Empowering broken bodies to move again, empowering everybody to move well”.
