WE CREATED FIT BEYOND 50 TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FITNESS AND HEALTH IS ALL ABOUT YOU!!! 

Fit Beyond 50 is where you can have fun while becoming fitter, stronger, healthier and happier in a friendly and safe environment.

Our circuit classes are a great way to burn fat and increase your cardio fitness. 

Personal Training sessions concentrate on gaining strength, confidence, coordination and balance in a studio where you are one on one with your trainer. No fighting for machines or worrying about who might see you!

Heartbeats classes are gentle exercise classes designed for anyone with a chronic disease such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, obesity etc and are a great way to stay independent while becoming fitter, healthier, stronger, increase your balance and co-ordination.
