Hello and welcome to Flyrider!
As a team of coaches we've battled our own demons, have had our ups and downs and figured out what works for us. One of those things is prioritising fitness and health in our lives.
We value having positive energy, managing our health, leading an active lifestyle and looking and feeling great about ourselves. If you value this and are looking to maintain or grow in these areas then we are up for supporting you all the way!
Right off the bat, we agree that workouts should be fun, convenient, and engaging. So, in that respect, we’re here to support you to do this and to it over a long term. To support you in achieving real results, Flyrider offers top level performance technology, a supportive atmosphere, variety in training with highly trained and experienced trainers.
If you have never been to a whole body circuit session before, we’d love you for you to give it a go and try it with us. We think you’ll like it here!
No joining fees, no long term contracts, you pay week by week.
Ability to walk in when you're ready to train while we're open. That means you walk in, warm up and then do your 30 minute workout – done!
Our team of trainers are simply awesome! They love training people and getting to know you. They will do their best to challenge, educate you in training and inspire you to get the most out your effort and time.
