Formerly ‘Focus Pilates Studio’, Aleisha Wade and Erik Pobre who are passionate about getting people to move well and move often, took over the Studio in early 2015 with the vision of transforming the studio into a facility with a holistic approach to injury rehabilitation.
The disciplines of Physiotherapy, Functional Movement, Exercise Science and The Pilates Method very much complement one another.
