A studio in the heart of the Southern suburbs of Perth that aims to bring you back to yourself. Teneal is an experienced teacher who combines Hatha, Sivananda and Satyananda styles of yoga to form her own unique classes. The result is a nurturing practise that brings mind and body together with gentleness and respect.
