Located in Sydney, our club is dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their fitness goals through boxing. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some boxing experience, our qualified coaches and boxers are here to guide you every step of the way.

We offer an Intro Pack for only $30, which includes 3 classes, a pair of hand wraps, 2 home workout videos, and 8 intro to boxing videos. These resources are designed to teach you essential skills such as hand wrapping, pad holding, various stances, effective movement, precision punches, defence, counter-punching, and combinations.

Our classes cater to different levels, including beginners, fitness and weight loss enthusiasts, advanced skill seekers, those interested in sparring, and even competition boxers. We believe that boxing is a sport that can be enjoyed by everyone, and our classes reflect that inclusive approach.

We offer flexible memberships with no contracts, including a casual option at $25 per visit, a 10-pass option with a 10% discount, and an unlimited weekly membership at $46. Furthermore, we understand that financial constraints should not be a barrier to getting fit, so we also offer assistance if needed.

But we're not just about personal fitness. We also believe in giving back to our community. We have a Charity Challenge programme where you can train for your first fight and raise funds for PCYC North Sydney. It's an opportunity to challenge yourself while supporting a good cause.

In addition to classes and challenges, we provide resources such as reviews, videos on skills and drills, a photo gallery, and useful links on our website. We want to ensure that you have access to all the tools you need to enhance your boxing journey.
