Grimseys Adult Swimfit

Every fornight Grimsey’s Adult Swimfit conduct an Open Water training session at Suttons Beach, Redcliffe on a Sunday morning. These one hour sessions cover everything you’ll need to know about open water swimming from starts, pack swimming, turn buoys, sighting, drafting, and finishes. These sessions are conducted in a safe and friendly environment and are open to all competent swimmers over 12 years of age. We meet in front of the Redcliffe Surf Lifesaving Club 30 minutes prior to the start time of each session.
