Healthworks 24/7 Aspley Gym has a full range of Life Fitness and Hammer strength equipment. A huge range of machine weights and free weights. Our Aspley gym has some key machines including double cable crossover, lying leg curl, hack squat, 3 lifting platforms and racks plus much much more. Our Life Fitness Cardio has both tv’s attached and cardio theatre to keep you going for your cardio.

Classes are run by great instructors, and we have a full group exercise room. For mums and dads the creche is available each morning monday to saturday. There is also luxurious change rooms and shower facilities. Hair dryers, straighteners for the ladies ad to all the mod cons.
