For children, HorseHand offers a unique School Holiday Programme called 'HorseHand For A Day'. This fun-filled day is designed to entertain every child and gives them the opportunity to make friends with a beautiful horse. The day is packed with exciting activities such as grooming, ground communication, and riding. Children also have the chance to work as team members with other children and horses, which brings out the best in everyone.
Additionally, there are other activities available such as whip cracking, roping, performing animals, and even catching yabbies in season. The programme is recommended for ages 6 to 16 years and caters to absolute beginners, adjusting activities to the child's confidence and experience level. All necessary safety equipment is supplied to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
One of the main offerings at HorseHand is the Sixth Sense Horsemanship programme. This programme focuses on developing a strong relationship between horse and rider, based on clear communication and mutual respect. Participants learn the language of their horse and become the decision maker and leader. The programme emphasises the use of energy from the mind and body to effectively communicate with the horse.

HorseHand is located at a professional 60 horse equestrian centre on the banks of the river and their Billabong nature reserve. The club offers agistment and training services for those who own their own horses. Additionally, they provide Equissage Therapy, a specialised form of equine therapy for horses in need of care and support.
