The club offers various martial arts programmes for different age groups, including Cubs (ages 3-4), Cubs (ages 5-6), Mighty Tigers (ages 8-12), Teens (ages 13+), and Adults (ages 18+). In addition to regular classes, Irontiger also offers specialised programmes for competition, elite athletes, and fitness sessions. Private lessons are also available for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.
