As part of their commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience, JUMP! Pakenham uses a UV disinfection system. This system effectively destroys chlorine-resistant microorganisms and improves the clarity of the water, minimising irritations such as red eyes and skin irritation. It also allows for lower chlorine usage, resulting in less odours.

JUMP! Pakenham offers a range of age-based and skill-based swimming levels to cater to children of various abilities. Age-based levels include Duckling for babies aged 3–9 months, Duck for children aged 10–24 months, and Tadpole for children aged 2–3 years. Skill-based levels include Beginner for children aged 3 and above who can doggy-paddle 5–7 metres unassisted, Crab for those who can do overarm freestyle, Frog for those who can do freestyle and backstroke, and Stingray for stroke development in all four strokes.

Booking swimming lessons at JUMP! Pakenham is made easy with their online booking system. The facility offers classes throughout the week, including weekends, to accommodate various schedules. Private lessons are also available for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.
