Shell has been teaching Dru Yoga for many years. Shell's ability to communicate openly with her students to understand their needs allows her to deliver yoga classes that bring clarity of mind, body and soul. Her holistic approach, combined with her down to earth, compassionate and energetic nature, ensures a great sense of fun and deep nurturing in all her classes and sessions. Shell is experienced in introducing school and special needs children to the joys of yoga.
