Kambalda Country Club

The Kambalda Country Club, located on the Goldfields highway in the Shire of Coolgardie, is a members club that is run and maintained by volunteers. This sports club offers a range of amenities including an 18-hole golf course with sand greens, a bistro, a function room available for hire, an outside dining area, and a fully licenced bar. Visitors can also enjoy watching AFL or NRL games on the big screen at the club.

A unique feature of the Kambalda Country Club is its association with the Nullarbor Links golf course. The Nullarbor Links is the world's longest golf course, spanning two states and three time zones. Each roadhouse on the Eyre Highway has a hole, and clubs are available for hire at each location. Players can purchase a card at either Kalgoorlie, Norseman, or Ceduna and get their card stamped at each hole.

After completing the course, players receive a certificate stating that they have played the world's longest golf course, which stretches for 1300 kilometres.

Golf is played at the Kambalda Country Club every Saturday, with tee off at 9:00am. The competition is mixed and played as one. During the summer months from December to March, the competition is shortened to nine holes, with tee off at 8:00am. Membership to the country club costs $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $5 for nomination.

Membership is due by June 30th each year. Golf fees are $75 for adults and $50 for pensioners, with fees due each April. Membership forms can be obtained at the Kambalda Country Club or through their designated golf club email.
