The Kapunda Pistol Club Inc is an esteemed sports club located in the Light Regional Council area. As an affiliated member of both the South Australian Revolver and Pistol Association (SARPA) and the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC), the club organises various shooting matches following the rules and guidelines of these governing bodies. In addition to ISSF and IPSC matches, the club also holds two special steel events exclusively for its members each year.
At the Kapunda Pistol Club, shooters can enjoy the state-of-the-art facilities that include turning targets on both the 25m and 50m ranges. These ranges provide an excellent practise and competition setting for members of all skill levels. Whether you are new to pistol shooting or an experienced competitor, the club welcomes you to come and join in on the action.
One of the major perks of being a member of the Kapunda Pistol Club is the opportunity to obtain a Pistol Licence through SARPA FASAT training. The club's trainers are fully accredited and provide comprehensive training sessions for those aspiring to acquire their licence. This certification process ensures that members have the necessary knowledge and skills to handle firearms safely and responsibly.
