Katy is a health and fitness coach based in Bondi who loves working closely with people to make their body and mind healthier and happier. Katy has a passion for fitness that makes people FEEL good, is good for the body long term and not damaging. With a focus on mobility, strength and functional training, Katy also incorporates total body circuit training, kettlebell flows, HIIT, mindfulness, relaxation, and yoga! Katy discusses lifestyle changes with her clients that will help them achieve their goals and often engages with them on a daily basis to ensure consistency in their diet, training and mental practises.
