We offer daily yoga classes, retreats, events and workshops, plus Hatha yoga teacher training and meditation and Yin yoga training. We also run Healing Circles and Sound Journeys.

Our centre is located within the native forest in the hills of Bedfordale. We also run retreats in Bali and India.
